Nonprofit Events

The Lincoln Center will not allow any group that is only renting a conference room space to use donated liquor for special events or receptions.

Donations of liquor from a wholesaler or distributor are only permitted for registered non-profit organizations. Before any non-profit starts soliciting for alcohol donations; please contact Sapphire Events LLC, the liquor license holder, for approval.

Sapphire must approve the amount of liquor and type of liquor donated because of limited space and equipment. Charges apply for handling donated alcohol. Sapphire Events charges a $250 handling fee and an additional $50.00 per hour product serving fee for any events with donated alcohol.

Sapphire will set up a cash bar with the donated liquor and if the bar makes at least $50 per hour in gross sales, there will be no billed invoice. If the bar makes less than $50 per hour in gross sales, Sapphire will bill client for the difference.
