Box Office Hours


The Lincoln Center Box Office is open between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Also, the Box Office is open one hour before each day’s first performance and will remain open until 30 minutes after each day’s final showtime.

How to Purchase Tickets

Online:

Standard online fees are as follows: Tickets priced $1–$10 fee is $1.50 per ticket, $10.01–29.99 fee is $3 per ticket, $30–39.99 fee is $4 per ticket, $40–49.99 fee is $5 per ticket, $50+ fee is $6 per ticket. Group tickets (10+ tickets to the same show in one order) fee is $1.50 per ticket.

Call 970-221-6730 between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. The phone purchase fee is $5.00 per order.

In Person: 

Visit The Lincoln Center Box Office at 417 W. Magnolia Street, Fort Collins between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. There are no ticket fees for purchasing in-person (excluding season packages).

Payment

The Box Office accepts The Lincoln Center gift cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express online, in person and by phone. In addition to those payment types, the Box Office accepts cash, checks and Downtown Fort Collins gift cards in person. Full payment is due at the time of purchase.

Admission Policies

Tickets are required for all ages, for all shows. One admission per ticket. Infant comp tickets may be available for select performances; please check the event’s page at LCtix.com or inquire with the Box Office prior to ordering tickets. Each show’s presenter will determine age restrictions for entry, if applicable.

All sales are final. No refunds.

While The Lincoln Center is owned and operated by the City of Fort Collins,  many performances and events that take place at The Lincoln Center are presented by private producers and organizations. At their own discretion, these event organizers may stipulate requirements for entry. Performances with these specific types of requirements for entry will be clearly stated on each show/performance’s event page on the LCtix website.

Due to the nature of advance bookings, shows and dates are subject to change.

Exchanges may be available for select performances for a fee, inquire with the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled showtime.

Some productions may contain mature language or content. The Lincoln Center does not censor or guarantee the content of any production. If you have questions regarding the content or age-appropriateness of any performance, please contact the Box Office.

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management.

No cameras or recording devices. Any exception to this policy would be announced at the performance.

Accessibility

The Lincoln Center is generally accessible to patrons with mobility impairments. Hearing enhancement systems are available for patrons with hearing impairments. This includes a Hearing Loop (T-coil) system. Please contact the Box Office at 970-221-6730 with any questions.

Gift Cards

Yes, we sell gift cards! Redeemable online, by phone or in-person for any tickets sold through The Lincoln Center Box Office. Gift cards are available for any custom amount, with a $25 minimum initial purchase and they never expire. We can mail it to you or directly to the lucky gift recipient. Group Sales

We love groups! If you have a party of 10 or more and need to make special arrangements for seating or payment, please call 970-416-2817 to speak to our Group Sales Coordinator. Group discounts vary by event and by presenter.

BUYERS BEWARE OF TICKET RESELLERS!

Official Lincoln Center tickets can ONLY be purchased through LCtix.com (The Lincoln Center’s official website) or through The Lincoln Center Box Office — by phone at 970-221-6730 or in person at 417 W. Magnolia. The Lincoln Center tickets are NEVER officially sold through any unauthorized ticket resellers such as Seat Geek, StubHub, Ticketsales.com, Vivid Seats, Craig’s List, Ticketmaster, etc. Tickets purchased through sources other than LCtix.com or The Lincoln Center Box Office may be charged substantial service fees or prices that are significantly above face value. When you purchase tickets from any site other than LCtix.com, you are purchasing at your own risk. The Lincoln Center will not refund ticket reseller’s fees or replace fraudulent, lost or stolen tickets. Duplicate, counterfeit or altered tickets will not be honored.

Note: On occasion, artists may allocate tickets through approved vendors, Groupon or other discount sites, or make tickets available through official fan club websites. When in doubt, call our Box Office for clarification before purchasing.
